I did a little too much yesterday. My back felt ok, so I had a normal human day. Spent about 4 hours outside, (that's 22 degrees, people) with the horses. Did a lot of walking, moving horses, and helping with gates and horse control to help a neighbor put out round bales. It's what I would be doing if it weren't for my back. By last night I had a horrible head and neck ache. This morning it had morfed into a beast. Had to take an Imatrex before it became an e.r. visit. This is why exercise and me are not friends, anymore. I miss normal human days.
I wasn't able to eat today until noon. By then, my headache was gone and I could eat. Had scrambled eggs and fresh avo.
I'm stuck at 118/119. To move on I have to move. To move means pain. I wish I knew how to heal my back. I can't believe there are actual back doctors. They know so little. If they can't figure it out, they get mad at the patient, tell them they are crazy and give them a rx for depression. Stupid, stupid doctors. It's not the pain, it's the inability to diagnose and treat the pain that depresses us.
