week 4, day 4

Still holding at 120. Never thought I'd see 120 again. I never thought I get as big as 120 again. Just ten pounds to go. Whew. I still have cravings and it makes late nights difficult. This is when I did my worst, I guess. Now, I make a note of what I am craving so when Sat comes, and I'm still craving something, I can indulge. This is a little like working. Wed is hump day. Today is Thursday and I feel like I'm almost to Saturday, my eating day. I can do two days. 1 1/2, actually. Can't believe I'm almost at 5 weeks.
If you are not really great with diets, this one works, and you can do it. I don't have a lot of will power, I had lost hope, I have people here that eat the things I ate and it's how I gained weight, and I didn't think it would work. Sound like you? You can do this.
